Yes, we ship all over the world. For all orders express delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 2-5 business day of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification.

Your order will be shipped via DHL express shipping. The delivery is entirely secured, and your jewelry will be insured until its delivery to the address of your choice.

For customers outside of the EU, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

If your order is made to order, it will ship within the lead time mentioned on the piece (typically 8-10 weeks).

If you are unhappy with your Raphaëlle Coqblin online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days.

A flat fee of €100 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original box.

Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
