CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Every Raphaëlle Coqblin Paris jewel is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity confirming its origin and the distinctive characteristics of the creation.

Each certificate bears product identification number, allowing your jewel to be identified by our Maison.

We recommend keeping your certificate safely, together with your proof of purchase.

WARRANTY

Every Raphaëlle Coqblin Paris creation benefits from the statutory warranties applicable to its purchase.

In France, consumers benefit from a two-year statutory conformity warranty from the date of delivery, subject to applicable legal conditions.

Damage resulting from accidental impacts, improper use or normal wear and tear does not, in itself, constitute a lack of conformity.

For any warranty enquiry, please contact our Maison with the reference of your creation and a description of the issue.

JEWELLERY CARE

Raphaëlle Coqblin Paris creations are crafted using carefully selected precious materials.

To preserve their beauty and brilliance, we recommend:

• Removing your jewellery before sports or activities that may cause accidental impacts.

• Storing each creation separately in its original case.

• Handling your jewellery with care, particularly pieces set with precious gemstones.

CARE & REPAIR SERVICES

Our Maison remains at your disposal to assist with the care and repair of your creations.

• Resizing, where technically possible

• Repair or replacement of damaged components

Each request is carefully assessed to determine the most appropriate intervention.

A quotation may be provided for services not covered by the applicable warranties.
