2. Products & Services

Our fine jewelry pieces are handcrafted between Paris and Bangkok with exceptional attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of gemstones and artisanal techniques, slight variations may occur between the product images and the final creation.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify designs and pricing without prior notice. Custom orders or made-to-measure requests may be subject to separate terms, lead times, and pricing structures.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable French VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country upon delivery.

We accept major credit cards and secure online payments via trusted payment providers. Orders will only be processed upon full payment authorization. In case of payment failure or suspicion of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping from our Paris atelier. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided for reference only. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, especially during high-demand periods or customs delays.

Shipping fees, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Raphaëlle Coqblin is not liable for customs charges, import duties, or any delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your Raphaëlle Coqblin online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days.

A flat fee of €100 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original box.

Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of fine jewelry, we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

All return requests must be pre-authorized and returned in original packaging and unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

6. Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke pieces, special orders, or customized creations are final sale. A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate production. Any timeline estimates provided for custom pieces are indicative and may vary due to design complexity or sourcing of rare stones.

All jewelry designs, visuals, brand marks, photographs, text, and other content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Raphaëlle Coqblin and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
